“I’m thankful to be included in this journey. It has been a humbling experience. Each time I worked on this project, I tried to imagine how each one of these cross stitches represented a single life. I liked to focus on all of those individuals that helped to make the situation a little easier. One never knows what small action can affect another's life. I just know that we all need to treasure the small moments that we share with people we come in contact with in our daily lives.”
